Summary
We are seeking to hire a Framing Supervisor to join our team at Modern Cave Inc. This role is crucial for overseeing framing projects and ensuring they meet our quality standards. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in construction management, framing, employee and subcontractor coordination and a passion for building.
Responsibilities
Manage and oversee all aspects of framing projects from start to finish.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on-site.
Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely project completion.
Review blueprints and schematics to determine project specifications.
Supervise the work of crew members, providing guidance and training as needed.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
