Job description
Mission – Why we exist, what we do, and why we need you
SpotMe/Onomi exists to make critical industries and event engagement work better. We give event teams one solution to run their in-person and virtual engagements while capturing every interaction in their CRM. By making events easier to manage and measure, we help create better experiences for customers and employees, at a lower cost. Our solution turns events into meaningful connections that drive results for HR, L&D and sales & marketing.
This position is ideal for freelancers with hands-on experience with CMS platforms, offering remote work flexibility from anywhere in Bulgaria and managing their own schedule, while getting exposure to projects with global life sciences companies, advanced event technology, and industry best practices. It also enables the development of expertise in CMS platforms, data processing, and digital content management in a dynamic environment. You will be expected to be available and flexible to accommodate project timelines and deadlines as required.
As a Freelance Content Implementation Specialist, you will be reporting to the Operations lead and you will ensure a seamless experience for our customers by accurately and efficiently managing content within our event platform. This involves processing requests through our ticketing system (Jira) and reviewing content in our events via the CMS platform - Backstage (40%) Additionally, you will review and test uploaded content directly on our app to ensure accuracy and quality (50%), as well as communicate the status and completion of requests to relevant stakeholders and ensure timely delivery (10%).
Objectives - The problems you will solve
In your first month, you will complete onboarding and training on Jira, Backstage CMS, and quality assurance (QA) processes to ensure you understand the full content implementation workflow. You will focus on reviewing and testing uploaded content to detect errors and inconsistencies before going live. You will also learn how to communicate status updates effectively with the Operations Lead and relevant stakeholders.
After 3 months, you will conduct thorough quality assurance checks, proactively identifying and resolving content issues to maintain platform reliability.
After 12 months, you will become a QA expert, ensuring flawless content implementation and actively improving testing strategies. You will also assist in training and mentoring new freelancers, enhancing the overall team’s content implementation and QA capabilities.
Requirements:
• Language Skills: Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential. Proficiency in German or French is a plus.
• Project Coordination/Management: Experience working on projects and handling them in a professional manner (internship or full-time role).
• Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Basic knowledge of Photoshop is advantageous
• Being registered as a freelancer in Bulgaria (registered in the Bulstat registry as a freelancer with a dedicated Bulstat number)
