Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Tutor to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching and a commitment to helping students achieve their academic goals. This position involves working with children in various subjects, including English, Spanish, French, Japanese, and Mandarin. The Tutor will create engaging lesson plans tailored to each student's needs and learning styles, fostering a supportive and effective learning environment.

Duties

Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions in subjects such as French
Develop personalized lesson plans that cater to the individual learning styles and needs of each student.
Assess students' progress regularly and adjust teaching methods accordingly to ensure effective learning outcomes.
Assist students with homework assignments and projects while encouraging independent thinking and problem-solving skills.
Create a positive and engaging atmosphere that promotes confidence and motivation in students.
Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding student progress and areas for improvement.
Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.
Qualifications

Proven experience in tutoring or teaching children in a classroom setting is preferred.
Proficiency in French is required
Strong written communication skills to assist students with writing tasks effectively.
Ability to educate students using diverse teaching methods tailored to different learning styles.
Patience, empathy, and excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with students.
A passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact on students' lives.
