We are hiring for Fresher Graduates for Black Box - Global Response Centre Team.

Summery:
• Application invited from candidates who willing to peruse career in IT Infrastructure domain with MNC.
• Troubleshooting mindset, ability to think quickly and communicate.
• Should have basic understanding of Desktop, laptop and network related issues.
• Should have basic understanding of commonly used applications like MS Office.
• Should have basic understanding of troubleshooting and configuration
• Some basic exposure to Windows and Linux.
• Should have basic knowledge on IT Infrastructure, installation, configuration and troubleshooting, Hardware, Software, Servers, Network, unified communications, IT Service Desk, IT Helpdesk Etc.
• Must have Excellent Communication (Mandatory).
• 2026 B.Sc Graduate only can apply.
