Ahmedabad, Gujarat ₹2,00,000 - ₹2,50,000 a year Job Summary Dear Candidate, We Have Urgent Requirement for( International Non Voice) We are conducting drive In Nagpur on 14th April -2024 Job Title: Web & Chat Support Salary Package: 1+.5K CTC to 22.5K CTC Competency Requirements: * Good communication skills in English (both verbal and written) * Basic knowledge of computers, internet & online travel * Flexible to work in rotational shift * rotational week offs Responsibilities and Duties Job Description: * Process emails/cases & work on ad-hoc projects as instructed by Team Leaders * You will be working for e-commerce(online shopping).It is basically a non-voice chat process.You have to chat with customers and solve their problems. Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications SKILLS REQUIRED Good knowledge of computer (typing speed 20 words per minute, accuracy at least 85%) Flexible to work in rotational shifts(Free can facilities available in night shift) Good communication skills in English (both verbal and written) QUALIFICATION REQUIRED: Minimum 12thStandard Any Stream / Any Stream Graduate / Post Graduate Job Type: Full-time Salary: ₹200,000.00 to ₹250,000.00 /year
