• Providing excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and ensuring a positive experience throughout the travel process.
• Preparing and issuing tickets and other travel documents.
• Assisting with changes to travel itineraries or cancellations as required.
• Maintaining updated knowledge of airline policies, fare rules, and travel regulations.

Required Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field is a plus.
