Job Title: Data Entry Clerk
About the Role:
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our company's databases and systems. You will play a critical role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our data, which is essential for our day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
Accurately and efficiently enter data into various databases and spreadsheets.
Review data for accuracy and completeness, and correct any errors.
Maintain data confidentiality and security at all times.
Assist with data migration projects as needed.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 6 months years of experience as a Data Entry Clerk or in a similar role.
Strong typing skills with a minimum speed of words per minute.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data entry software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
