Job Summary
The Admin Executive is in charge of Administration & front office & liable to providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the factory & office. Supports managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. Administrative executives are responsible for confidential and time sensitive material. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. This is 6 days working role based at our Jaipur factory.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities
· Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
· Supervise security & housekeeping staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance.
· Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the management.
· Manage phone calls and correspondence.
· Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures.
· Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.
· Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
· Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.
· Assist colleagues whenever necessary.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
· Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, front office or relevant role.
· Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
· Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
· Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
· Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office/time/leave management software’s.
Education and Experience
• 4-10 Years of experience in front office & admin management with similar manufacturing company.
• Bachelor degree in regular course from recognized institute and university in India.
• Diploma In office management & administration would be added advantage.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office, Time Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Ability to demonstrate solid written and oral communication skills
