Meeting Coordination: Schedule meetings and manage the availability of conference rooms, facilitating seamless collaboration among team members
Manage the stocking of four conference rooms, efficiently processing orders for the corporate office and gaining the appropriate approvals for the orders
Employee Relations : Facilitate new employee onboarding and interviews with job candidates, and coordinate vendor meetings
Team Collaboration : Support over 300 employees in various departments as needed, demonstrating a courteous and professional demeanor while receiving and accurately documenting any issues that may arise
Collaborate with our corporate building technician
Visitor Engagement: Greet and assist all visitors in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring they are well taken care of during their time in the building
Administrative Support : Perform a variety of day-to-day administrative tasks that may vary based on the company's needs, providing essential support to various departments as required
Assist in multiple projects and tasks simultaneously

The Front Desk Administrator is responsible for serving as the face of the organization whenever anyone walks through our doors. Your sunny personality will become vital to providing excellent customer service to our visitors, answering their questions, and directing them to the appropriate location. Your organizational skills will allow you to support and assist our front office and Business Operations Department.
