Front Desk Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Front Desk Administrator to join our dental practice team at Howard Finley.

This role offers the opportunity to develop your administrative skills while delivering exceptional patient service.
• Manage patient records and updates.
• Coordinate appointments and communicate with patients.
• Provide administrative support to the dental team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process payments and handle billing inquiries.
• Co-ordinate with dental staff to optimise patient flow.
• Maintain a clean and organised reception area.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in a dental or healthcare reception environment.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
