Customer Service & Reception: Greet and assist customers, visitors, and clients in a polite and professional manner. Provide them with necessary information and direct them to the appropriate departments or personnel.
Cash Handling & Transactions: Manage daily cash transactions, including handling payments, issuing receipts, and ensuring the accuracy of the cash register. Maintain proper cash records and perform cash reconciliation at the end of each shift.
Maintaining Records & Documentation: Keep accurate records of customer details, payments, and transactions. Ensure all paperwork is organized and filed for easy retrieval when required.
Assisting in Administrative Tasks: Support administrative duties such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, managing emails, and handling inquiries in an efficient and timely manner.
Ensuring Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area. Ensure that all front desk materials, such as brochures and signage, are up to date and properly displayed.

Pay: ₹13,180.00 - ₹16,300.00 per month
