We are currently seeking a dynamic Front Desk Executive to join our team.
As a Front Desk Executive with Travel Desk Responsibilities at [Your Company Name], you will play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression for our clients and visitors. Your responsibilities will include:
Greeting and welcoming visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.
Answering incoming calls, taking messages, and directing calls to the appropriate department or person.
Assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document organization.
Assisting clients and employees with travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries.
Researching and recommending travel options based on budget and preferences.
Booking reservations and confirming travel arrangements with suppliers.
Qualifications:
Relevant degree - Graduation
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
