Location: Noida Sector 16

We’re seeking a skilled and friendly Front Office Executive cum Admin to join our team .

You will manage the reception or front desk at our head office. Thus, as the first point of contact for our customers and visitors, you will play a critical role in creating a welcoming environment and providing excellent service. In this role, you are expected to handle administrative tasks and support other departments in everyday chores.

Responsibilities:-

1. Attending all the incoming calls, responding to them and transferring the call to the appropriate department.

2.Greeting the visitors at the office. Registering their names and contact details.

3.Maintenance of important documents, files and records in an organized manner.

4.Providing assistance to the heads in the administration department.

5.Keeping all the stationary items in the organization up to date and order for fresh stock.

6.Supervising the housekeeping department and ensuring that all the items are there in the stock.

7.Sometimes responsible for providing information about the services and products of the organization.

8.Attending meetings and trainings as per requirement.
