Greet and direct visitors, clients, and employees with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Answer and route incoming phone calls; take messages as needed.
Maintain various registers, such as:
Visitor Register
Inward/Outward Courier Register
Stationery & Inventory Register (if applicable)
Receive and dispatch all incoming/outgoing courier packages.
Maintain accurate records of courier entries, including date, time, sender/receiver, and tracking details.
Coordinate with courier vendors for timely pickup and delivery.
Ensure the reception and waiting area are clean and well-organized.
Assist in meeting room bookings and coordinate meeting arrangements.
Support administrative tasks like filing, document handling, and basic data entry.
Manage basic office supplies at the front desk and notify Admin/HR for replenishment.
Coordinate with housekeeping and security for visitor management and facility upkeep.
Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in front office/receptionist role preferred.
Knowledge of maintaining registers and courier tracking.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Well-organized with attention to detail.
Pleasant appearance and professional behavior.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
