• Welcoming patients & managing the front desk along with the team members

Connect with all patients and explain them the clinic protocol and journey

Guide patients during their visit on all clinic touchpoints from registration to check out

Manage the flow of patients on the floor to reduce waiting time for the patients

Coordination with Doctors to reduce wait time

Coordination with Therapist team and patients for patient treatment

Maintain accurate and error free patient and accounting data through Google sheet and software (training will be provided)

Managing Billing and payment collection for consultation and treatments

Managing patient hospitality in Clinic

Managing Escalations or patient queries and demands

Doing Courtesy Calling and responding to the appointment calls from the patients for next visits

Taking feedback & Reviews from patients at the time of check out

Daily Reporting to MIS team and Management at the end of the day

Patient Query resolution with help of doctors.

Should have excellent communication skills in English, Hindi and Marathi,
