Our products include Interactive Media Solutions for Automotive, Web Platform, CRM, Online Marketing, and Virtual Reality Platform for the Automotive industry. We are looking for a dynamic candidate who is enthusiastic to manage our Front Desk operation with a high energy level for our corporate office in Bangalore. Responsibilities: • Manage the front desk, phone calls, welcoming guests, and candidates coming for interviews. • Ensure the reception area is presentable. • Direct candidates/visitors to the appropriate contact person • Answer and forward incoming phone calls • Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email. • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries. • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor id cards) • Update calendars and schedule meetings/interviews. • Support the HR team and ensure the personal file are well-organized. • Follow up with candidates for interviews. • Perform other administrative jobs, such as filing, scanning, photocopying or any other assigned duties within the ambit of this role. Mandatory / Primary Skills: • Must have 01 yr of experience in managing the front desk • Good English Comm Skills and speaks the local language Kannada as well. • Pleasing personality and welcoming nature • Well-versed with MS Office (word, excel, PowerPoint) • Resides close to our office (JP Nagar, Bangalore) and can commute to work at ease. • Min 10+2 qualification in any stream.
