• *Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Patient Reception and Check-In:**

- Greet patients warmly and ensure a friendly and professional front desk atmosphere.

- Manage patient check-ins, verify insurance information, and collect necessary paperwork.

2. **Appointment Scheduling:**

- Coordinate and schedule patient appointments efficiently using practice management software.

- Confirm appointments and manage the appointment calendar to optimize patient flow.

3. **Billing and Financial Transactions:**

- Process patient payments, co-pays, and insurance claims accurately.

- Address patient billing inquiries and resolve any discrepancies promptly.

4. **Patient Communication:**

- Handle patient inquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing accurate information and excellent customer service.

- Educate patients on dental procedures, services, and post-treatment care instructions.

5. **Office Administration:**

- Maintain office supplies and ensure equipment is in working order.

- Coordinate with dental assistants and clinicians to facilitate smooth patient transitions.
• *Qualifications:**

- Proven experience as a Front Desk Manager or similar role in a healthcare setting is preferred.

- Freshers with relevant education are encouraged to apply.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
