We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and their patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Manage incoming calls, schedule appointments, and handle inquiries efficiently.
Maintain patient records accurately through data entry and ensure confidentiality.
Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, proofreading documents, and managing correspondence.
Coordinate with clients and their patients to ensure smooth operations at the front desk.
Handle billing and process payments as necessary.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to create a welcoming environment.
Skills
Proficiency in computer systems (MS Word, Excel) (the candidate will be trained on lab management software)
Strong clerical skills including data entry, proofreading, and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with patients and staff.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a busy office environment.
Previous experience as a front desk role is an advantage.

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
