The Front Desk Executive serves as the first point of contact for members, guests, and staff at the center. This role is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, managing administrative tasks, and supporting daily operations to ensure a smooth and professional experience for all clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
Greet members and visitors warmly and professionally.
Provide information about membership plans, programs, classes, and amenities.
Handle member inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and courteously.
Maintain a welcoming and clean front desk and lobby area.
Answer phones and respond to emails.
Process new member registrations and renewals.
Manage appointment scheduling for personal training, classes, and consultations.
Handle point-of-sale transactions including memberships, merchandise, and other services.
Operations Support:
Monitor member check-ins and access control using the facility management software.
Maintain accurate records of member attendance and transactions.
Support facility cleanliness and hygiene by coordinating with cleaning staff.
Assist in opening and closing procedures of the center.
Marketing & Communication:
Promote ongoing offers, events, and new services.
Distribute marketing materials and assist in member retention efforts.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all center programs and schedules.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
