Greet and welcome customers / visitors. - Conduct on-site product demo and detailed explaination - Handle queries and address complaints. - Schedule meetings, interviews, test rides and appointments. - Attend phone calls / messages and redirect them to the appropriate person. - Receive packages, deliveries, and letters. - Keep an inventory of office supplies and ensure it is always stocked. - Maintain a filing system of all required documents. - Maintain a visitors log book. - Have an overview of the office expenses and costs. - Facilitate employee on boarding and conducting HR activities that make our office a fantastic work place.
