Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and personable Female Branch Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a positive experience from the moment they enter the branch. As a receptionist, you will handle a variety of administrative tasks, manage incoming calls, and provide support to the branch staff as needed.

Responsibilities:

Greet visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner, providing assistance and directing them to the appropriate person or department.
Answer and manage incoming calls, transferring them to the relevant individuals or taking messages as necessary.
Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area, ensuring it reflects the professionalism and values of the company.
Manage the appointment scheduling system, coordinating meetings and appointments for branch staff and clients.
Assist with administrative tasks such as sorting and distributing mail, filing documents, and managing office supplies inventory.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration within the branch.
Handle inquiries from clients and visitors, providing accurate information and assistance as required.
Assist with special projects and events as needed, including preparing meeting rooms, arranging catering, and coordinating logistics.
Uphold confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information and documents.
Collaborate with the administrative team to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency within the branch.
Qualifications:

Must be graduate.
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse range of individuals.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment (e.g., fax machines, printers).
Professional appearance and demeanor, with a positive attitude and willingness to assist others.
Ability to maintain composure and professionalism in fast-paced or challenging situations.
Fluency in English is a plus.
Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
