Position Overview:

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and efficient Front Desk Receptionist to join our dynamic advertising agency. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees, playing a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of our front office.

Key Responsibilities:
• Reception Duties:
• Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and employees with a professional and friendly demeanor.
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls promptly and courteously.
• Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
• Administrative Support:
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
• Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail, packages, and deliveries.
• Assist with the preparation of documents, presentations, and reports.
• Maintain and update contact lists and employee directories.
• Client and Visitor Coordination:
• Ensure all visitors are logged and issued visitor passes.
• Provide general information to clients and visitors about the agency and its services.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure clients' and visitors' needs are met promptly.
• Office Management:
• Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
• Assist with organizing company events, meetings, and client visits.
• Support various administrative tasks and projects as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
• Education:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience:
• Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred.
• Experience in the advertising or creative industry is a plus.
• Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with office management systems and procedures.
• Ability to handle a busy and dynamic work environment with a positive attitude.

Working Conditions:

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
