## Overview
We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our law office, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.

## Duties
- Greet and welcome clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately
- Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar
- Maintain filling system
- Handle clients inquiries and provide accurate information
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, faxing, and data entry

## Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer service require at least 6 months.
- Proficiency in computerized systems and familiarity with phone systems
- Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of office work
