Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at Maharashtra Minerals Corporation Ltd. in Vadodara. This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 3 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a professional office environment.

Qualifications and Skills
• Multitasking (Mandatory skill): Ability to handle various tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
• Attention to Detail (Mandatory skill): Paying close attention to ensure all tasks are completed accurately.
• Phone Etiquette (Mandatory skill): Professional and courteous phone demeanor to manage incoming and outgoing calls.
• Travel & Leave Management: all employees leave and travel plan to be updated
• Attendance Management: all employees attendance sheet to be maintained and report to HO, Mumbai daily at +:30 am.
• Customer Service: Experience in providing excellent service to clients and visitors, ensuring a positive experience.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with staff and visitors.
• Organization: Ability to keep the front desk area orderly and manage scheduling and correspondence efficiently.
• Professionalism: Presenting a professional appearance and attitude in all interactions.
• Time Management: Effective in prioritizing tasks and managing time to meet deadlines.

Roles and Responsibilities
• Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a positive experience from the moment they arrive.
• Manage front desk operations, including answering and directing phone calls, and handling inquiries.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
• Provide information and assistance to visitors and staff in a professional manner.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations.
