Responsibilities
As a Front Desk Treatment Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, playing a crucial role in creating a positive first impression and ensuring seamless scheduling, patient communication, and treatment coordination
Your responsibilities will include interacting with patients, managing schedules, explaining treatment plans, handling insurance verification, and assisting the office in maintaining efficient operations
Patient Communication:
Greet patients in a warm, friendly, and professional manner
Answer patient inquiries regarding treatments, procedures, and services
Coordinate and schedule patient appointments, including consultations, treatments, and follow-ups
Provide patients with necessary information about treatment plans, financial options, and office policies
Treatment Plan Coordination:
Work closely with the dental team to present and explain treatment plans to patients
Provide patients with clear explanations of procedures, benefits, and expected outcomes
Assist patients in understanding financial aspects of treatment, including insurance benefits and payment options
Ensure all treatment plans are accurately entered into the system and all patient documentation is complete
Insurance Verification & Billing:
Verify patient insurance coverage and benefits for upcoming treatments
Obtain pre-authorization for treatments when necessary
Work with patients to resolve billing questions and ensure timely payment for services rendered
Assist in processing patient payments, both in person and via phone or online
Office Support & Administration:
Maintain accurate patient records and treatment schedules
Manage office flow and ensure appointments run smoothly
Assist with various office tasks as needed (e.g., answering phones, preparing patient charts, filing)
Ensure that the front desk area is organized, clean, and stocked with necessary supplies
Customer Service & Follow-Up:
Provide excellent customer service, addressing patient concerns and ensuring satisfaction
Follow up with patients post-treatment to ensure their satisfaction and help them with any further care or appointments

• Experience with dental software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft) is highly preferred.
• Skills:
