Candidate should have a bold, smart looking personality.
Candidate must have telesales skills.
Proficiency In Microsoft Office Suite.
Maintaining Clients Records.
Answering Screening And Forwarding Incoming Phone Calls.
Greet And Welcome Guests As Soon As They Arrive At The Office.
Multitasking And Time-Management Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize Tasks.
Proven Work Experience As A Receptionist, Front Office Representative Or Similar Role.
Solid Written And Verbal Communication Skills.
Empathetic & Understanding.
Patience and calm mannered.
