JD for Front desk Receptionist

Greeting and welcoming: Professionally greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees, ensuring they feel comfortable and are directed to the appropriate person or department.

Managing telephone calls: Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls, taking messages or providing information as necessary.

Handling email correspondence: Monitor and respond to general email inquiries, forwarding them to the relevant departments or individuals when required.

Visitor management: Maintain a visitor log, issue visitor badges, and ensure visitors follow the company's security protocols.

Administrative support: Assist with administrative tasks, such as photocopying, filing, data entry, and preparing documents or presentations.

Mail and courier management: Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and parcels, and coordinate outgoing mail and courier services.

Maintaining a tidy reception area: Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable, with all necessary materials (e.g., pens, forms, and brochures) available.

Security and access control: Monitor and control access to the office, ensuring only authorized personnel enter the premises.

Providing general information: Offer general information about the company, its services, and its employees to visitors and callers.

Handling emergencies: Respond appropriately to emergencies, such as contacting emergency services, following company protocols, and providing necessary assistance.

Supporting events and functions: Assist in coordinating and organizing company events, workshops, or seminars, as required
