Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Receptionist at WebKorps' Indore location. The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for phone etiquette, clerical skills, managing receptionist duties, communication, and providing excellent customer service to clients and visitors.
Qualifications
• Phone etiquette and communication skills
• Receptionist duties and clerical skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Proficiency in basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
• A friendly and professional demeanor
• Reliability and attention to detail
• Fluency in English and Hindi
• A Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in a similar role
• Experience in the IT industry is a plus
