Job Summary: The Front Desk Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees. This role is essential in providing excellent customer service, managing daily administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk.

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
• Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments and personnel.
• Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
• Handle inquiries and provide accurate information regarding the company’s services and operations.
• Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory.
• Ensure compliance with security procedures by monitoring visitor logbooks and issuing visitor badges.
• Support other departments with various tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
• Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Professional appearance and attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Prior experience in [your industry] is preferred but not required.
