Front Desk Representative

Urgent requirement of Front Desk Executive @ Podar International School, Jabalpur.
• Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.).
• · Greet and welcome visitors/guests/parents.
• · Answer questions and address their queries and concerns.
• · Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages.
• · Follow ups for fees payment status.
• · Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them.
• · Looking after Email and other mode of inquiries.
• · Check, sort and forward emails.
• · Take up other duties as assigned .
Eligibility:-
• · Graduate with 1+ years of proven experience as front desk representative, Receptionist or relevant position
• · Familiarity with office machines (e.g. fax, printer etc.).
• · Proficient in English (oral and written).
• · Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
