Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a GSA - Front Desk position at Hotel Surbhi in Mundra. The Front Desk staff will be responsible for phone etiquette, receptionist duties, customer service, communication with guests, and computer literacy tasks. The role involves providing a warm welcome to guests, handling check-ins and check-outs, managing reservations, and ensuring a smooth guest experience.
