Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Desk Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our front desk team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, managing clerical tasks, and maintaining efficient office operations. This role requires a proactive individual who can handle various administrative duties while creating a welcoming environment for clients and visitors.
Responsibilities
Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering phone calls in a professional manner.
Utilize QuickBooks for billing and financial record-keeping as needed.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Operate phone systems effectively to ensure clear communication with clients and staff.
Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars for the team.
Proofread documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism in all communications.
Collaborate with team members to enhance overall office efficiency and client satisfaction.
Experience
Previous experience in a similar front desk role is preferred.
Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) is essential.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required for effective interaction with clients and staff.
Familiarity with phone systems and basic office equipment is advantageous.
