The Front Desk Supervisor is responsible for the continual training/educating of the administrative staff in relation to administrative program content and process
You will work to develop and enhance administrative knowledge, content, and expertise of the administrative staff to ensure consistency and quality within the entire administrative department
You’ll participate in the interviewing and hiring process of new administrative staff
You’ll assist with policy development and documentation
Coordinate with outside vendors, physicians, and internal administrative staff to provide educational opportunities
Work collaboratively across the organization to assure optimal communication and alignment on administrative training program efforts
Facilitates assigning of administrative mentors to new clinical staff to ensure successful transition
Assists in annual review and updating of all administrative program workflows
Identify and find solutions for performance issues both technically and in user behavior
Analyzes and organizes department operations and procedures to ensure efficient operations and physician productivity, maximizes productivity through staff scheduling and proficient use of appropriate software applications

We’re looking for a passionate and empathetic individual to join our team as a Front Desk Supervisor. The Front Desk Supervisor is responsible for the continual training/educating of the administrative staff in relation to administrative program content and process. WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED

• Familiarity with NextGen EMR system is considered a plus
