Front Desk / Workshop Support Position – Rayzer Automotive
Location: Oldcastle, ON
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
No weekends!

About the Role:

You’ll be working closely with our small, tight-knit team to keep things running smoothly in the workshop. This is an admin-heavy role, perfect for someone with great computer skills who enjoys variety in their day and isn’t afraid to jump in and learn.

Day-to-day tasks may include:

Answering phones and greeting customers
Creating and sending invoices
Assisting with preparing job estimates and quotes
Booking and scheduling jobs and follow-ups
Entering data into workshop software
Assisting with general admin and keeping the front office organised
Liaising between customers and the team to ensure clear communication
What we’re looking for:

High level of computer literacy – you're confident using a range of digital tools and learn new systems quickly
Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a front desk or administrative capacity.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
A friendly, professional phone manner and good communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and time management
Willingness to learn and support the team wherever needed
Bonus: Any experience or interest in cars/mechanics is beneficial – but not essential!
