Full job description
We are looking for energetic and customer-focused individuals to join our Front of House team. As the face of By Korea, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming dining experience for all our guests.

Key Responsibilities
Greet and seat customers with a friendly attitude
Take orders accurately and efficiently
Communicate with kitchen staff for smooth service
Manage payments and operate POS systems
Maintain cleanliness of dining area and front station
Handle takeaway and delivery orders
Assist in setting tables, preparing utensils and condiments
Provide product knowledge and answer customer questions
Ensure high standards of customer service at all times
What We’re Looking For
Positive attitude and great communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Reliable and punctual
Customer service or hospitality experience preferred
Able to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
Korean language skills are a plus, but not required
