Key Result Areas (KRAs) for Admin Executive:

1. Office Cleanliness and Maintenance:

- Ensure the cleanliness of the office premises, particularly focusing on the 3rd and 4th floors.

- Track incoming and outgoing couriers efficiently.

- Regularly monitor and supervise housekeeping staff to maintain cleanliness standards.

2. Register Maintenance:

- Maintain and update various registers including:

- Materials inventory register.

- Guest register.

- Employee register.

- Record of all office electronics.

- Courier Register

- Academic Related Registers

3. Office Operations:

- Responsible for the opening and closing of the office.

- Efficient filing and organizing of documents.

- Coordinate and arrange meetings and events at the office.

4. Administration Work:

- Coordinate with housekeeping staff for cleanliness, ensuring adequate stationery and housekeeping materials.

- Organize meetings and events.

- Arrange for repair and services of laptops, desktops, ACs, UPS, and other office electronics under AMC.

- Manage service contracts with vendors (e.g., BSNL, Act, Airtel).

- Handle local transport management including car rental services when required.

- Handle Front office actives

- Handling incoming and outgoing calls

Additional Points:

- Maintain a detailed record of AMC contracts and ensure timely renewals.

- Regularly assess the inventory levels and reorder materials as needed.

- Implement and maintain efficient systems for tracking office supplies and equipment.

- Respond promptly to any administrative issues or requests from staff members.

- Act as a point of contact for office-related queries and concerns.

- Continuously seek opportunities to improve administrative processes and procedures.

- Provide administrative support to other departments or teams as required.

- Foster a positive and professional working environment within the office

Job Type: Full-time
