Responsibilities
A. Front Office Operations
Greet and assist clients, visitors, and team members with warmth and professionalism Manage incoming enquiries efficiently
Handle courier and mail coordination (inward & outward)
Assist with scheduling meetings, bookings, and event coordination
Coordinate housekeeping and facility management for the regular upkeep of the office Support day-to-day administration, including bill payments, vendor coordination, and inventory management
Assist with onboarding basics and internal celebration planning
Coordinate with the facilities team for the opening and closing of the office
Telemarketing B.1
Client Engagement • Make outbound calls to prospective clients from internal databases and campaigns
Share service details, qualify leads, and schedule follow-up calls or meetings
Maintain a tracker of all outreaches, conversations, and next steps • Write professional emails to record discussions and share firm credentials
Follow up on webinar, email, and LinkedIn leads regularly B.2 Lead Sourcing & Proposal Coordination
Source accurate contact details (emails, phone numbers, decision-maker names) using LinkedIn, Fundoodata, Google, and company websites
Maintain lead databases in the firm’s internal templates or CRM
Coordinate with the operations team to create and send out proposals
Track proposal follow-ups and client responses • Ensure all communication is documented and easy to access
Schedule: Monday to Saturday, +:30 AM – 6:30 PM
o Holidays on 2nd and 4th Saturdays
o Work from home on 1st and 3rd Saturdays
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
