### Job Summary:
The Front Office Associate is responsible for providing attentive, courteous, and efficient service to all guests during check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay. This role involves managing guest requests, maintaining guest accounts, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
### Key Responsibilities:
1. **Guest Services:**
- Welcome and register guests upon arrival.
- Provide information about the hotel, available rooms, rates, and amenities.
- Address and resolve guest inquiries and complaints promptly.
- Assist guests with special requests such as room service, transportation, and restaurant reservations.
2. **Check-in/Check-out:**
- Efficiently handle the check-in and check-out processes.
- Verify guest information, process payments, and issue room keys.
- Ensure guest accounts are accurate and up-to-date.
3. **Communication:**
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest requests.
- Answer and direct incoming calls, taking messages as needed.
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members.
4. **Administrative Tasks:**
- Maintain accurate records of guest stays and transactions.
- Prepare and distribute daily reports as required.
- Manage reservations and cancellations.
5. **Security and Safety:**
- Ensure the safety and security of guests by following established procedures.
- Report any suspicious activities or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
6. **Customer Relationship Management:**
- Build and maintain positive relationships with guests to ensure repeat business.
- Solicit feedback from guests to improve service quality.
