Job Description The Front Office Assistant at CORE X PLUG is responsible for managing the reception area and providing administrative support across the organization. The role involves greeting visitors, handling phone calls, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at the front desk.
Pay Range
$850 - $1200 weekly
Responsibilities
• Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls to the appropriate personnel
• Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
• Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference rooms
• Maintain and update contact lists, directories, and other records
• Provide general administrative support, including filing, photocopying, and data entry
• Assist with the coordination of office supplies and inventory management
• Ensure office security by following procedures and monitoring visitor access
• Address and resolve any front office-related inquiries or issues
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or a related field are a plus
• Previous experience in a front office or receptionist role is preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Professional appearance and a positive attitude
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
• Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor
