Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Office Associate based in Udaipur. The Front Office Associate will be responsible for managing receptionist duties, handling phone etiquette, overseeing check-in processes, and delivering exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include greeting guests, managing reservations, answering inquiries, and ensuring a smooth operation at the front desk.
Qualifications
• Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
• Strong Customer Service and Check-in skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Experience in hospitality industry is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Hotel Management are advantageous
