Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Front Office Executive to join our team. As the first point of contact for visitors and clients, you will be responsible for ensuring a warm and efficient front office experience.

• Manage front office activities, including scheduling appointments and maintaining records
• Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Requirements
