Scheduling and greeting candidates and customers
Instructing applicants on how to fill out applications
Administering drug tests (urine) as needed
Data entry
Filing
Miscellaneous administrative projects as outlined by management
Support recruiting functions, including resume filtering, applicant scheduling, phone and onsite interviewing, and communication with the internal recruiting team

Express Employment Professionals Cincinnati East is now hiring for a Front Office Coordinator (Receptionist) to fulfill a short term opening in Eastgate, OH. The anticipated length of this need will be at least 12-15+ weeks.

The Front Office Coordinator (FOC, Receptionist) will be responsible for creating a positive first impression for all incoming traffic (telephone and in-person), and acting as the office hub and host/hostess, ensuring that all administrative activities, incoming calls, and making sure the front office moves smoothly.
