Hotel Operations Manager
About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Operations Manager to join our team at Our Hard Days Night Hotel. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience from arrival to departure.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with guests and colleagues alike.
• Lead by example, motivating and supporting your team to deliver outstanding service.
• Manage the front desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures, room assignments, and guest requests.
• Ensure efficient and accurate handling of all front office transactions.
Requirements:
• Previous experience as a Hotel Operations Manager in a luxury hotel environment is highly desirable.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
• Able to work collaboratively as part of a team and build strong relationships with colleagues and guests.

Company Overview:

Our boutique hotel is steeped in history, housed in the magnificent Grade II listed Central Buildings dating back to 1884. The beautifully restored hotel features elegantly furnished and individually decorated rooms with specially commissioned artwork inspired by The Beatles.
Salary:

£45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
