Patient registration.
Admission & bed booking.
Fixing up of appointments.
Handling complaints and enquiries and guiding them duly.
Handling revisits patients.
Receiving and connecting calls and giving necessary information regarding facilities of the hospital.
Answer the telephone while maintaining proper telephone etiquette.
Registers new patients and collecting detailed patient information.
Responds to inquiries by patients, prospective patients, and visitors in a courteous manner.
Reviewing all forms for accuracy and completion as per policies prior to accepting.
Presentable at all times and ensure grooming standards are maintained.
Patient Data collection, maintaining the Hospital Management System properly.
Register and make the billing of Inpatient & discharge patients billing.
To undertake any other tasks or responsibilities assigned by the superiors from time to time.
Job Type: Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹+,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
