We are currently seeking a Front Office Executive in Chennai , India.
• To welcome all the visitors with smile and proper greetings and with warm welcome and guide them properly as per their requirements.
• Manage admin related work.
• Vendor Management such as: Food, Transportation, Housekeeping, Engagement activities.
• Keeping front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material.
• Ensuring the immediate response while handling incoming and outgoing calls, redirect calls to appropriate officers also maintain the records of all Telephone Nos. as well as Ext. Nos.
• To upkeep all registers at reception.
• Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them as per requirement.
• Oversee sorting and distribution of E-mails.
• Schedule meeting and conference rooms.
• Responsible for transport management and help other assigned work.

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as competency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel.
You will act as the face of our company and ensure visitors receive a heartwarming welcome.
Handling calls and maintain various registers
Excellent communication skills : English is mandatory
