· Receive patient and patient attendants in a most pleasing manner.
· Provide information about doctor's availability, consultation time, appointments required etc.
· Check whether patient is new or for review consultation. Also check for any insurance coverage
(company).
· Get the registration form filled for new patients and make the entries in the system correctly.
· Collect the consultation fee and registration fee as per hospital norms and hand over at the end of day.
· Issues hospital card with registration number and the receipt of payment.
· Guide patient towards the consultation room.
· Hand over the patient file to the concerned consultation room.
· Attend phone calls and provide necessary information / appointments as required.
· Maintain individual doctor's OP register with respective doctor's signature.
· Maintain consultant doctor's availability register.
· Submit the registers to billing / auditing / HR wherever required.
· Coordinate with the consultant doctors to know the visiting time etc.
· Avoid crowding in front of OP desk.
· Serve on first come first serve basis unless there is an emergency.
· Guide patients to other areas of hospital i.e. diagnostics, admissions, physiotherapy, dialysis unit, OP pharmacy, canteen etc., as the case may be.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
