Job Responsibilities:

· Handling EPABX Board.

· Responsible for all types of incoming and outgoing calls

· Handling couriers

· Coordinating for the walk- ins and maintaining the data

· Ticketing and hotel arrangement for the office staff on Pan India basis

· Taxi and other transport related arrangements both on inter and intra-city basis for the office staff

· Vouching and Verification of administration related bills and MIS reporting

· Arrangement of Appointments, Conference and Meetings as and when required by the organization.

· Arrange travel and accommodations, and prepare vouchers

· Keep updated records of office expenses and costs

· Booking Flight & Train for International Client.

· Keep Record of Billing Section Include E-Ticket & E-Confirmation.

· Arranging Food for client, preparation of voucher.

· Managing housekeeping and pantry staff and providing printing stationary, office stationary, pantry material and housekeeping material.

· Submit bills to accounts - related to Air ticket, Train Ticket, Hotels bills

Competencies:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to maintain a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
• Ability to react with appropriate levels of urgency to situations and events that require quick response or turnaround
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Behavioral Interpersonal & communication skills

Education:

Any Graduate

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
