POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Front Office Executive/Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for guests, providing assistance and support throughout their stay. This role requires exceptional communication skills, multitasking abilities, and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service
RESPONSIBILITIES
✓ Warmly greet and welcome guests upon their arrival, creating a positive first impression
✓ Assist guests with the completion of declaration forms and ensure all necessary information is obtained Thoroughly verify and record details from self-declaration forms, maintaining accuracy and compliance with regulations
✓ Issue wristbands to guests based on declaration form information, ensuring smooth access to resort facilities
✓ Provide information and assistance to walk-in guests regarding adventure packages, resort amenities, and local attractions
✓ Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area, creating a welcoming and professional environment
✓ issue invoices, and provide receipts as needed for guest.
✓ Manage room assignments, check-ins, and checkouts, maintaining accurate records of room availability and occupancy
✓ Maintain daily head count and records of rooms booked, preparing and distributing reports as necessary
REQUIREMENT
✓ Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the hospitality industry
✓ Exceptional communication skills in English and Hindi; proficiency in Kannada is considered an asset
✓ Strong multitasking abilities, with the capacity to handle high-pressure situations and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
✓ Customer-centric mindset, with a genuine desire to exceed guest expectations and provide exceptional service
✓ Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, email, etc.), with the ability to quickly learn new software systems
✓ Ability to manage an assignment and prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
✓ Good organizational and administrative skills.
