Position Title: Front Office Executive

Position Overview:
The Front Office Executive serves as the initial point of contact for guests, clients, and visitors. This role is responsible for managing all front desk activities, including answering phone calls, greeting guests, and handling administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a friendly demeanor.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests, clients, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate personnel or department.
Respond to inquiries and provide information about the organization's products, services, and policies.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
Receive and distribute mail and packages.
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and efficient operations.
Assist with special projects and events as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,782.45 - ₹16,000.00 per month
