Front Office Executive

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Executive. As a Front Office Executive, you will be responsible for managing the front desk, greeting and assisting guests, handling phone calls and emails, scheduling appointments, and providing excellent customer service. Qualifications • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively • Experience in receptionist duties and front office operations • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written • Strong customer service skills Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include: • Experience in the hospitality industry • Knowledge of hotel reservation systems • Proficiency in multiple languages • Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism • Attention to detail and organizational skills • Looking for an Immediate Joiner
